I love how Derek states, ‘embrace the fear but allow your curiosity to be a little bit louder than the fear’. Short, sharp and sweet, Derek realizes and acknowledges how we all have some degree of fear within us, but he encourages us to allow curiosity to be in the lead – often resulting in powerful and wonderful results. By doing so we won’t even realize the fear or allow it to take over or impact us. Thus transmuting the negative into a positive.
