I love Jenna’s take that despite going through a really difficult period, she is able to look back at the experience and acknowledge that she was able to not only survive but also thrive despite enormous challenges thrown her way. I love her reflection, “if I can do this, I can do anything”.
This attitude or way of thinking is brilliant to me, because in life unfortunately, challenges come our way, but knowing that despite the storm, one Is able to gain clarity and find out how capable they can be is inspiring to hear and I appreciate Jena talking about it so openly.
